Every fire starts with one ember.
Ember Collective is a community of ordinary people choosing faith, together — in the middle of a real city, on a real Sunday, with no pretending required.
We believe the next great move of faith won't happen in spite of the culture — it'll happen inside it.
Ember Collective is a community of artists, builders, students, and skeptics who got tired of choosing between their faith and their real life. We gather downtown, we don't perform, and we don't pretend the questions are easy. We just keep showing up — for each other, and for the work of becoming who we're made to be.
Two times.
One family.
Quieter room, coffee's on early, easiest parking. Good if you like breathing room before the day gets loud.
Same message, same band, a little more energy in the room. Our most-packed hour of the week.
Young adults, unscripted conversation, low lights, real talk. No sermon — just the room and the questions.
This isn't the church you're picturing.
We built Ember for people who swore they were done — done with the guilt, the performance, the pressure to have it all figured out. Here's exactly what Sunday actually looks like.
Come as you are
Jeans, sneakers, whatever you slept in — seriously. Nobody's checking. Half the room is still in gym clothes from a run.
No spotlight on you
Sit in the back, stay anonymous, skip the handshake line. We'll never call you out, ask you to stand, or put you on the spot.
No guilt at the door
We don't pass a plate looking for guests to give. Your first visit, your money stays in your pocket. Full stop.
One hour, out on time
We respect your Sunday. In by 9:30, back in your car by 10:30 — brunch reservations stay intact.
Doubt is welcome here
Bring your questions, your skepticism, your complicated history with church. We'd rather sit in the tension with you than rush past it.
Find your people.
Sunday's the spark. The small groups are where it actually catches. Twenty-one groups meeting in homes, coffee shops, and lofts across the city — pick a lane and show up.
Twenty-one groups. One city.
No perfect fit required — most people try two or three before one sticks. Groups run six-week seasons, so the ask is small and the door's always open to switch.
Worship that doesn't play it safe.
